Same-Day & Emergency Bookings: Urgent or same-day bookings are subject to an additional fee.
Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a fee.
Access to Property: Clients must ensure cleaners have access to the property at the scheduled time. Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation charge.
Payment: All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms. Outstanding balances may result in service suspension.
Satisfaction Guarantee: Any service concerns must be reported within 24 hours for review and resolution.
Health & Safety: Cleaners reserve the right to refuse service if conditions pose health or safety risks.
Liability: ACGM is not responsible for pre-existing damages or unreported issues within the property.
